Meditation
Meditation is one of THE most important tools to have in our health & wellness toolbox. It is a key to grounding, balance and finding the place that feels like the eye of the hurricane amidst chaos. It s NOT only for folks who can sit in the lotus position for hours on end with zero thoughts in their heads. I assure you, just about everyone can meditate with the right guidance to develop a practice.
And during times like these, it is what has kept me sane and rooted into what is most important in life!
Intro Class
I do offer private and group meditation sessions and I highly recommend my Intro To Meditation course for the beginner and those looking for support to start a practice. It will provide you with gentle, non judgmental support while introducing you to a variety of easy techniques so you can feel into what works best for you.
Each session ends with a guided meditation so that you can let go and have some structure while you begin to practice.
Many people think they can’t meditate. But if you experience stress or anxiety, or feel like you are all over the place, then mediation is exactly what is needed.
Because no matter how much we tell the stories of what we cannot do, we owe it to ourselves and our loved ones to change that narrative and believe otherwise.
It doesn’t take much time. Just a few minutes a day of meditation can shift how you feel and guide you to live from a calmer and more centered place.
I recommend taking 6 weeks to experience this 6 class course. Mediation is a PRACTICE that must be approached from a place of non judgment, and that is what you will experience every class; support, non judgment and various meditation practices to try on to see what fits best for you.
Meditation is not only for the mind and spirit but ABSOLUTELY for the physical body as well. Just check out the points below!
