Hypnosis is the quickest, easiest way to change behaviors.
Hypnosis is simply being guided to an extremely relaxed state and using suggestions that are specifically tailored to the client and what they want to work on and release. It is in this relaxed state that the conscious mind is no longer critical of positive suggestions.
During hypnosis you are neither fully awake nor fully asleep. You are somewhere in between, much like when driving a car and suddenly realizing you have just driven for miles without fully being aware of it. We all drift in and out of hypnotic states on a daily basis. Hypnosis is NOT like those theatrical productions where people bark like dogs or do things out of character that give its immense power a bad rap!
